Islamic Information Center - IIC Executive Director In Documentary on Shiaism

(WASHINGTON DC -- MAY 24, 2010) The Islamic Information Center is proud to announce that an episode of Interfaith Perspectives, hosted by eminent TV and radio personality, Zarinah Shakir is airing in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. This episode is focussed on Shiaism, and attempts to explain the beliefs and practices of the Shia Muslim community. In this episode Ms. Shakir interviews IIC's Executive and Communications Directors, Rahat Husain and Hajar Hosseini, the respected scholar Sheikh Abdul Jaleel, and community leader Brother Salahudeen Kareem.
